- השירותים ניתנים "כמו שהם" — אנחנו משתדלים שהכול יעבוד, אבל אין התחייבות לזמינות מלאה.
- שמרו על החשבון שלכם, והשתמשו בשירותים בהגינות ובחוקיות.
- אפשר להפסיק להשתמש ולבקש מחיקה בכל רגע.
1.הסכמה לתנאים
התנאים האלה חלים על האתר reembir.com, על חשבון reem.bi בכתובת login.reembir.com, ועל כל הפרויקטים שמתחברים דרכו, כמו NeverLost (יחד: "השירותים"). השירותים מופעלים על ידי רעם, מפתח עצמאי ("אנחנו"). השימוש בשירותים או יצירת חשבון מהווים הסכמה לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. אם אינך מסכים/ה — אנא אל תשתמש/י בשירותים.
לחלק מהפרויקטים עשויים להיות תנאים נוספים משלהם; במקרה של סתירה, התנאים הספציפיים גוברים לגבי אותו פרויקט.
2.החשבון שלך
- צריך להיות בן/בת 13 לפחות (או הגיל המינימלי לפי הדין במדינה שלך) כדי ליצור חשבון.
- יש למסור מייל נכון ששייך לך. חשבון אחד מאפשר כניסה לכל הפרויקטים של reem.bi.
- את/ה אחראי/ת לשמירת הסיסמה ולגישה למייל שלך, ולכל פעולה שנעשית בחשבון. אם נראה לך שמישהו נכנס לחשבון — שנה/י סיסמה, התנתק/י מכל המכשירים בדף החשבון, וכתוב/י ל-[email protected].
- אנחנו רשאים להגביל גישה לאתר מסוים, להשבית או למחוק חשבון שמפר את התנאים, או כשנדרש כדי להגן על השירותים ועל המשתמשים.
3.שימוש מותר
מותר להשתמש בשירותים לכל מטרה חוקית. אסור:
- לפרסם תוכן לא חוקי, פוגעני, מטריד, מאיים, גזעני, מיני בוטה, או כזה שמפר זכויות של אחרים;
- להתחזות לאדם אחר, או ליצור חשבונות עם מייל שאינו שלך;
- לנסות לפרוץ, לעקוף מגבלות (כמו מכסות של תוכניות), לסרוק או להעמיס על המערכות;
- לשלוח ספאם או להשתמש בשירותים כדי לאסוף מידע על משתמשים אחרים;
- להשתמש בתגי NeverLost כדי להטעות, להונות או לפגוע באנשים שסורקים אותם.
4.תוכן שאת/ה מפרסם/ת
התוכן שאת/ה מזין/ה — כמו הודעות בקיר החברים, פרטי תגים או פניות — נשאר שלך. את/ה מעניק/ה לנו רשות להציג, לשמור ולעבד אותו ככל שנדרש כדי להפעיל את השירותים. את/ה אחראי/ת לתוכן שאת/ה מפרסם/ת, ואנחנו רשאים להסיר תוכן שמפר את התנאים.
5.NeverLost
- NeverLost מאפשר ליצור תגי QR לחפצים, כדי שמי שמוצא חפץ יוכל ליצור איתך קשר.
- דף התג ציבורי: כל מי שסורק את הקוד יכול ליצור קשר דרך פרטי הקשר שהזנת. את/ה אחראי/ת לפרטים שמופיעים בתג.
- אין לנו שליטה על מי שמוצא את החפץ, ואיננו מבטיחים שחפצים יוחזרו. איננו אחראים לאובדן, נזק או גניבה של חפצים, או לאינטראקציה בינך לבין מי שמצא אותם.
- מספר התגים שמותר ליצור תלוי בתוכנית שלך.
6.תוכניות ופרימיום
- רוב השירותים חינמיים. בחלק מהפרויקטים יש תוכניות מורחבות (כמו Pro או Unlimited) עם מכסות גבוהות יותר.
- תוכניות ניתנות ומנוהלות על ידינו, לתקופה שנקבעה. כשהתוקף מסתיים, החשבון חוזר לתוכנית הבסיסית — התוכן הקיים נשמר, אבל ייתכן שלא תוכל/י ליצור תוכן חדש מעבר למכסה.
- אם בעתיד יתווספו תשלומים, התנאים הרלוונטיים (מחיר, חידוש, ביטול והחזרים לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן) יוצגו לפני התשלום.
- אנחנו רשאים לשנות את התכונות והמכסות של תוכניות, תוך הודעה סבירה מראש כשהשינוי פוגע במנויים קיימים.
7.קניין רוחני
העיצוב, הקוד, הלוגו והתכנים של השירותים שייכים לנו, למעט תוכן של משתמשים וקוד שמפורסם ברישיון קוד פתוח (שחל עליו הרישיון שלו). אין להעתיק או להפיץ אותם ללא רשות, מעבר למה שמותר בדין או ברישיון.
8.הגבלת אחריות
השירותים ניתנים "כמו שהם" (AS IS) ו"כפי שזמינים", ללא אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת. ייתכנו תקלות, הפסקות, שינויים או אובדן מידע, ואנחנו רשאים לשנות, להשעות או להפסיק כל שירות. גבו מידע חשוב.
ככל שהדין מתיר, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או מיוחד, לאובדן רווחים, מידע או חפצים, הנובעים מהשימוש או מחוסר היכולת להשתמש בשירותים. בכל מקרה, האחריות הכוללת שלנו לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמת לנו (אם שילמת) ב-12 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע. אין באמור כדי להגביל אחריות שלא ניתן להגביל על פי דין.
את/ה מתחייב/ת לשפות אותנו על נזק שנגרם עקב הפרה שלך של התנאים או של זכויות צד שלישי.
9.הפסקת שימוש ומחיקת חשבון
אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשירותים בכל עת, ולבקש מחיקה של החשבון במייל [email protected]. עם המחיקה יימחקו פרטי החשבון, הגישות וההודעות שלך, כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. תגים ב-NeverLost ניתן למחוק בעצמך מתוך האפליקציה.
10.שינויים בתנאים
ייתכן שנעדכן את התנאים מעת לעת. התאריך בראש העמוד יתעדכן, ובשינויים מהותיים נודיע במייל או באתר. המשך השימוש אחרי העדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
11.דין וסמכות שיפוט
על התנאים חלים דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל עניין הנוגע להם נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל. אם הוראה כלשהי תימצא בלתי תקפה, שאר התנאים יישארו בתוקף.

The short version
- The services are provided "as is" — we work hard to keep things running, but can't promise they'll always be available.
- Keep your account safe and use the services fairly and legally.
- You can stop using them and ask us to delete your data at any time.
1.Agreement
These terms apply to reembir.com, the reem.bi account at login.reembir.com, and every project that signs in through it, such as NeverLost (together, the "Services"). The Services are run by Re'em, an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using the Services or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Some projects may have additional terms of their own; if they conflict, the project-specific terms apply to that project.
2.Your account
- You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to create an account.
- Use a real email address that belongs to you. One account signs you in to every reem.bi project.
- You're responsible for keeping your password and email access secure, and for activity on your account. If you think someone else got in, change your password, sign out of all devices from your account page, and let us know at [email protected].
- We may limit access to a site, or suspend or delete an account that violates these terms, or when needed to protect the Services and their users.
3.Acceptable use
You may use the Services for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights;
- impersonate anyone, or create accounts with an email that isn't yours;
- try to break in, bypass limits (such as plan quotas), scrape, or overload our systems;
- send spam or use the Services to collect information about other users;
- use NeverLost tags to mislead, defraud or harm the people who scan them.
4.Your content
Content you submit — such as Members wall messages, tag details or messages to us — remains yours. You give us permission to display, store and process it as needed to run the Services. You're responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.
5.NeverLost
- NeverLost lets you create QR tags for your belongings so that whoever finds an item can contact you.
- Tag pages are public: anyone who scans the code can reach you using the contact details you entered. You're responsible for the details shown on your tags.
- We have no control over who finds your items and don't guarantee they'll be returned. We're not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items, or for interactions between you and a finder.
- How many tags you can create depends on your plan.
6.Plans and premium features
- Most Services are free. Some projects offer extended plans (such as Pro or Unlimited) with higher limits.
- Plans are granted and managed by us for a set period. When a plan expires, your account returns to the basic plan — existing content is kept, but you may not be able to create new content beyond the basic limit.
- If paid plans are introduced, the relevant terms (price, renewal, cancellation and refunds under applicable consumer law) will be shown before you pay.
- We may change the features and limits of plans, with reasonable advance notice when a change affects existing subscribers negatively.
7.Intellectual property
The design, code, logo and content of the Services belong to us, except for user content and code published under an open-source license (which is governed by that license). Don't copy or redistribute them without permission beyond what the law or the license allows.
8.Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There may be bugs, outages, changes or data loss, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any Service. Back up anything important.
To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profits, data or belongings, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. In any case, our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify us for damage caused by your breach of these terms or of third-party rights.
9.Stopping use and deleting your account
You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. Deletion removes your account details, access records and messages, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete NeverLost tags yourself from within the app.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top will change, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
